Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated · 22 June 2026

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the platform, tools, and services provided by Minted Ltd ("Minted", "we", "us", "our") at app.minted.bot. It applies to everyone who uses Minted: paying subscribers, free-tool users, and anonymous visitors alike. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy.

By using any part of Minted you agree to this AUP. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update this policy as the tools evolve; continued use after a change means you accept it.

2. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for everything you do with Minted's tools and for the data you put into them. Many of our tools act on third-party systems, accounts, retailers, carriers, and APIs. You must have the legal right and the necessary authorisation to perform every action you carry out, and to access every account, inbox, proxy, or service you connect.

  • Only operate on accounts, data, inboxes, and systems that you own or are expressly authorised to use.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, and with the terms of service of any third party whose systems a tool interacts with.
  • Keep your own credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by anyone you give access to.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use Minted, or any tool on it, to:

  • Access, probe, scan, or interfere with any system, account, or network you do not own or are not authorised to use.
  • Commit or facilitate fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, identity theft, or any deceptive or unlawful scheme.
  • Acquire, use, or trade credentials, payment details, personal data, or accounts that are not yours and that you have no right to use.
  • Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited or deceptive communications, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights, misappropriate trade secrets, or breach confidentiality or privacy obligations owed to others.
  • Circumvent, disable, or overwhelm security controls, rate limits, bot-detection, or access restrictions on any third-party service.
  • Attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to Minted itself or its infrastructure.
  • Resell, sublicense, or white-label the service, or scrape and redistribute it, without our written permission.

Minted's tools are intended for legitimate, authorised use in connection with your own operations. We do not provide the service for, and do not condone, any activity that targets people or systems without their permission.

4. Fair use, rate limits & automation

Free tools are offered subject to fair use. We apply rate limits to keep the platform fast and available for everyone. Anonymous requests are limited per IP address, and signed-in users receive a higher allowance. Hitting a limit returns a temporary error; wait and retry.

  • Do not attempt to evade rate limits, for example by rotating IPs, scripting around the UI, or running automated request floods.
  • Do not use the service in a way that degrades performance or availability for other users.
  • Automated or programmatic access outside the intended product flows requires our prior agreement.

5. The Marketplace

Where Minted offers a marketplace, it is a venue for operators to list items and to contact one another. Any sale, trade, or exchange is arranged directly between the users involved, on terms they agree between themselves. Minted does not buy, sell, broker, hold funds for, or guarantee any transaction, and is not a party to deals made through it. You are responsible for your own listings, communications, and dealings, and for their legality.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches of this AUP. Where we reasonably believe a breach has occurred, we may (with or without notice, depending on severity):

  • Throttle, suspend, or disable access to a tool or your account;
  • Remove or disable content or listings;
  • Terminate your account and subscription; and
  • Report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities and cooperate with them.

We aim to act proportionately, but protecting the platform, third parties, and other users comes first. No refund is owed for access lost due to a breach of this policy.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using Minted in breach of this policy, or that a tool is being used against you or your systems without authorisation, contact us at support@minted.bot and we will look into it.
