Terms & Conditions

Last updated · 28 June 2026

1. Who we are & what these terms cover

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Minted Ltd ("Minted", "we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the platform available at app.minted.bot and all related websites, tools, APIs, and services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Enable two-factor authentication where offered.
  • One person or entity per account unless we agree otherwise in writing. Sharing, reselling, or transferring an account is not permitted.
  • Notify us promptly at support@minted.bot if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & payment

  • Access to the Service (or to particular features) requires a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase and on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise us, via Stripe, to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees until you cancel.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
  • Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in individual cases.
  • We may change our prices or plans. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change affecting your subscription, and the new price will apply from your next renewal.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your access until the outstanding amount is paid.
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase that are not collected by us.

4. The tools & how the Service works

Minted provides server-side utilities that you operate from the web interface. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Tools act on inputs and third-party services that you choose and configure. You are solely responsible for the inputs you provide and the targets you direct a tool at.
  • Where a tool interacts with a third-party website or service, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with that third party's terms of service, applicable law, and any rate limits or access rules they impose.
  • Some tools require you to supply your own proxies, API keys, cookies, or account credentials. You are responsible for ensuring you are entitled to use those resources, and for any consequences of providing them.
  • We do not guarantee that any tool will produce a particular result, succeed against any given target, or remain compatible as third-party services change.
  • We may add, change, suspend, or remove tools or features at any time, including via a per-tool maintenance / kill switch, to protect the platform or comply with law.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. In summary, you must not use the Service to:

  • Break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or facilitate fraud.
  • Gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or accounts, or circumvent security or access controls.
  • Disrupt, overload, or damage the Service or the systems of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or rebuild the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Evade bans, share accounts, or operate undisclosed multiple accounts.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any action we consider appropriate, including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating accounts, and cooperating with authorities.

6. Member marketplace

The Service may include a member-to-member marketplace where users can publish listings for items and message one another (the "Marketplace"). The following applies in addition to the rest of these Terms:

  • We do not process payments and are not a party to any trade. Minted does not buy, sell, hold funds, provide escrow, ship goods, verify items, or otherwise facilitate any transaction. Any deal you reach with another member is solely between you and that member, conducted off-platform and at your own risk.
  • Listings are adverts only. We do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any listed item, nor the identity, honesty, or solvency of any member.
  • You are responsible for your own due diligence before trading. Never send money by irreversible methods to someone you do not trust, and be cautious of any request to move off-platform to evade safeguards.
  • You must have the right to sell what you list, and your listings and messages must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. Prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, recalled, or unlawful items are not permitted.
  • Reputation, reviews, and ratings reflect the opinions of members about their own interactions; they are not verified by us and are provided for information only. Do not post fake, retaliatory, or manipulated reviews.
  • We may remove listings, messages, reviews, or profiles, and suspend or ban members, where we believe these Terms or our policies have been breached, but we are under no obligation to monitor the Marketplace.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising out of a Marketplace interaction or off-platform trade between members.

7. User content

  • "User content" means anything you submit to the Service, including listings, messages, reviews, profile details, and data saved in tools.
  • You retain ownership of your User content. You grant Minted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, and display it as necessary to operate and provide the Service.
  • You are responsible for your User content and confirm you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not breach these Terms, any third-party rights, or the law.
  • We may remove or disable access to User content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

8. Third-party services & integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (for example Stripe, Discord, eBay, Apple iCloud, and others you choose to connect). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their actions, and connecting them is at your own risk.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding, is owned by Minted Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

10. Availability & changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance, impose usage limits, or modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Where a change materially reduces the Service and affects a paid feature, we will act reasonably and in accordance with your statutory rights.

11. Suspension & termination

  • You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or our policies, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We may delete your account and associated data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our retention obligations.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any particular outcome, or be compatible with any third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  • We are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, any tool; from any third-party service; or from any interaction, dispute, or trade with another member, whether on the Marketplace or off-platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service and these Terms is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minted Ltd and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your User content, your breach of these Terms, or your interactions or trades with other members.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, our business, or the law. The current version is always available on our website with the "Last updated" date above. Where changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice (for example by e-mail or a prominent notice in the Service). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing law & disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and nothing affects your mandatory statutory rights.

17. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
  • You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
